Black Market Records is a London-based music label specializing in acid house, deep house and electro. In 2008 they contacted (Alexander Wright ) with a very special double-assignment: the launch of its vinyl editions for Larry Heard‘s “25 Years from Alpha” and Mr. White‘s “Aeroplane“.
Alex completed two distinct visual approaches for the editions, each of them strongly defined by contrasting typographic elements, and both of which went on to become the defining visual system for each of the artists.
